The Szentes Community House is preparing for its selection process: families interested in joining the Csányi Foundation’s Guidance Program can submit their applications until mid-February. Mentors are actively participating in parent-teacher meetings at schools in the affected towns and providing information to interested families in person, over the phone, and via electronic communication.

Details about our open sessions were also published on the foundation’s website, and these events took place on January 24 and 31. Fourth-grade students and their families had the opportunity to explore foundation life through drama, English, mathematics, and IT sessions. With the help of our currently supported ninth-grade students, the young participants tackled fun, interactive challenges designed just for them.

We were delighted to see both children and parents engaging and asking questions. The younger ones quickly placed their trust in their older helpers, while parents received in-depth information from mentors and the parents of current foundation members.
