Busó project in Mohács

“All three groups participated in the cheerful Busó project, which took place with great enthusiasm. The theme of the activity was related to the tradition of the Busójárás in Mohács. The children made Busó masks out of paper, which they painted according to their own ideas. They were cutting, gluing, and coloring with great joy at every table. In addition, they created Busó-themed coloring mandalas, which they filled with vivid colors. The room was full of laughter and creative spirit. During the work, we also offered the participants delicious doughnuts, which created an even better atmosphere. Everyone actively joined in the tasks and was happy to help their peers as well. During the project, not only were creative works born, but many shared experiences as well. We closed the program with a joint Sokac circle dance, and at the end of the day, everyone left proudly and in good spirits with their self-made Busó masks.”
