Parent-Mentor Meeting in Mohács

Group 3 held its mid-term parent-teacher meeting, which focused on the evaluation of the previous academic period. As positive news, the increase in scholarship amounts was mentioned, allowing students with outstanding performance to receive even greater recognition, thereby encouraging diligence and persistent work. Planned programs for the second semester were also discussed. Group members can look forward to educational trips, thematic project days, and sports events, while preparations for summer camps are already underway. A separate agenda item was the call for the conscious and moderate use of mobile phones. The importance of punctuality, order, disciplined behavior, and the timely completion of assigned tasks was also emphasized. Proper behavior, mutual respect, and arriving on time are very essential, as these are prerequisites for a calm and effective learning environment. Finally, the significance of communication and cooperation with parents was discussed. Overall, the meeting took place in a constructive atmosphere and reaffirmed that the common goal is to support the children’s development in both academic and educational fields.

The Mohács–1 group held its mid-term evaluation parent-teacher meeting on February 19. The meeting took place in a good atmosphere, as the results of the past months gave reason for joy: the students closed a successful period, improved their academic results by 0.2, and seven of them are receiving scholarships. The parents listened with joy and appreciation to the detailed report on their children’s academic work, development, and achievements. Special attention was given to the evaluation of the central entrance examination results. The students delivered confident performances, and everyone applied to secondary schools where they have a realistic chance of admission. This is thanks to conscious career choices. In the second half of the meeting, the tasks and highlighted programs of the next semester were on the agenda. The planned programs of the Guidance Festival were discussed in detail, where the Mohács 500 project will also be presented, offering an exciting opportunity for students to learn about local values and historical traditions, as well as to take an active role in the community. During the discussion, significant interest surrounded the topic of foreign language camps. These programs not only help develop language skills but also teach participants independence, openness, and cultural sensitivity. The meeting concluded with an informal conversation.
