Parents’ Academy with Bonafarm

Last weekend marked an important milestone in our Parents’ Academy event series. We were visited by the succession planning team from the Bonafarm Group. Judit Cseh and Szimonetta Vuk focused on what matters most to us—career guidance and responsible decision-making. They began by introducing the various factories and brands of the Bonafarm Group in an interactive workshop.

Following this, the parents and children split into separate groups. The parents received guidance tailored to their perspective on supporting their children. Meanwhile, the children worked through a test to explore their interests and identify specific professions that might suit them. At the end of the day, a summary session showcased the job opportunities available within the company group. It was heartening to see that some areas matched the children’s test results.

Thank you for the insightful workshop!
