Thanks to the Csányi Foundation and Bonafarm, today I had the opportunity to visit Villány and, within the framework of a professional day, gain insight into the life of the Csányi Winery. During the visit, I had the chance to get to know the everyday operations of the winery and to take a closer look at the administrative processes happening behind the scenes. Over the course of the day, István Szabó, the winery’s excise and administrative expert, gave a detailed presentation of how multifaceted this work is, the level of responsibility involved in the background tasks, and how crucial it is to have knowledge in multiple areas. It was also interesting to see that in a winery, not only the grapes and wine matter, but administrative duties are equally important. I gained a lot of new knowledge during the day, and it was truly inspiring to see how precisely the internal processes are carried out. I would like to thank you again for the opportunity!
