We visited a Honey Festival in Kaposvár

Group 1 of Kaposvár had the chance to taste rapeseed honey, acacia honey, lavender honey and chestnut honey in Kaposvár over the weekend. The group members visited the Honey Festival, traditionally held every September, where, in addition to tasting delicious honey, they also learned how bees make honey. We were welcomed very kindly in the tents on the main street of Kaposvár and learned a lot of interesting information about honey. In another place we could decorate honey cakes.

The afternoon ended with an ice-cold lemonade and delicious cakes in a café in the main square of Kaposvár, where Ádám Nógrádi of Kaposvár Group 2 served the company, as he was spending his internship there. We were very pleased with Ádám, who did a great job.
