On June 5th, I reached the end of a long journey — a journey whose beginning I couldn’t have even dreamed of twelve years ago. I earned my degree in Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology at the University of Pécs.
Throughout this journey, the Csányi Foundation stood by my side. I will be forever grateful for the support I received over the years. I gained values and experiences that will accompany me throughout my life.
I will always look back on this period with gratitude and joy. I want to thank everyone who was with me along the way and helped shape and guide me over the years. I would especially like to express my heartfelt thanks to my family, my mentor, Andi néni, the Foundation’s Chief Operating Officer, Miklós bácsi, and the Chair of the Board of Trustees, Erika Csányi néni. Their support made it possible for me to focus all my energy on personal growth — and that was an invaluable gift.
These twelve years were so formative that it’s almost impossible to put into words all that I received. Perhaps even a lifetime wouldn’t be enough to give back.
