A Journey into the Mysteries of Dubbing Acting

“Life is an adventure, don’t dawdle!” My director’s words lingered in front of me… But what did they mean, and why? For a long time, I didn’t know either.

Perhaps it all started when, at the Foundation’s 3rd Interdisciplinary Arts Camp, standing next to Zoli, I decided: I want to do theater! I will do theater! A versatile one.

Summoning all my strength, with the support of my family, friends, mentor, and countless acquaintances, I stepped onto the first rung. Since then, I’ve treaded the boards of stages here and there, joined troupes, and explored. I’ve stood on both sides of the camera, created content, sat at the little table, and urged people on to go further, do more… And it was worth it! While directing others, I got to know myself. I saw my inner self on stage, in both uncomfortable and comfortable situations. Amplified. I realized: I want to imitate in my own unique way. I sought something new, as I always do.

Over the years, the microphone had become a good friend of mine, so I thought it wouldn’t be a problem to stand behind it and lend my voice to different characters.

I would like to thank the Foundation, my mentor Miklós Radoszáv for their support, and the Budapest S10 for providing accommodation. I’ve met masters, hit rock bottom, and fought my way through. I passed the dubbing actor exam successfully. My goal is to put the knowledge I’ve gained to use at the Foundation’s events and programs!
