We graduated!

“On May 17th, the moment I had been waiting for a very long time finally arrived: I graduated, and not just once, but twice. Last Friday, I officially completed my undergraduate degrees in psychology and communications. It was an indescribable feeling to hold my diplomas in my hands, as these years were filled with hard work, numerous challenges, and a lot of studying. It’s hard to believe that this day has finally come, but here I am, and I did it!

The moments of the ceremony will remain forever memorable for me. Standing on stage and hearing my name, it felt like time stood still. The applause from the audience and the proud faces of my friends and family reinforced that all the effort was worth it. I will never forget this moment.

I owe a huge debt of gratitude to the Foundation, without whose support none of this would have been possible. Thank you for believing in me and supporting me with a full scholarship during my years at McDaniel College, bringing me a step closer to achieving my goals.

This day does not just signify the end of my studies but also a new beginning. There is no stopping now, as I applied for the master’s program in psychology in February, so the upcoming period will be filled with preparations for the admissions. I am eagerly looking forward to the new opportunities and challenges that lie ahead. I know that there is still much to learn and grow, and I can’t wait to embark on this exciting new chapter.”

“I would like to thank you for the support I received, which enabled me to complete the political science program at McDaniel College. Without the help of the Foundation, I would not have had the opportunity to embark on this fantastic two-year journey. I would like to give special thanks to my fellow Csányi student, Nóra, with whom I traveled this path, and whose support and motivation were a tremendous driving force.

The past two years were full of challenges, inspiration, and of course, a lot of knowledge. I gained many experiences and insights that I will definitely put to good use in the future. This experience has created a foundation for me that I carry proudly into every area of my life.

I feel that I have grown not only professionally but also personally over this period. I will look back on these years with joy and am grateful for every moment shared with my peers and teachers.

Thank you for the support and opportunity I received. I am sure that the knowledge and experience gained here will be beneficial for a long time in my life.”
