Black Belt Examination
The result of 10 years of Taekwondo training is that I have earned the 1st Dan black belt. During the examination, I first proved my theoretical knowledge, which was followed by further challenges. I performed a total of 12 forms (poomsae), which required serious physical endurance. In combat, I had to demonstrate self-defense and 15 breaking techniques against one and two opponents. Thanks to my successful exam, I have been given the opportunity to participate in the European Championships.
