Day 1
We had a long journey along the southern part of Hungary to get to our destination, Veszprém. Our accomodation is at the university campus and the canteen is also around the corner where we are going to eat during the week. After dinner we explore the city centre of Veszprém and we also had time to discover the best places at our own pace.

Day 2
After breakfast Dr Veszelszky Ágnes and Asztalos-Vukov Barbara from MCC had and interesting presentation about the future of AI and we also could build strange and interesting buildings from straw and tape. in the afternoon, we visited the castle of Nagyvázsony where we could immense in the past of Hungarian history. It was interesting to see the Hungarian Turkish battles again. Our next stop was Lake Balaton where the bravest ones could swim, jump or use the slides.

Day 3
Today we worked in four different groups under the leadership of Pósa Lajos, Szabóné André Piroska, Julia Sieber and Balog Ádám. All of them had different logic games and we had to think very hard to solve the misteries of mathematics. during the afternoon, we visited the Benedictine Monastery in Tihany and the Abbey. After the cultural excursion, the group was split in two. One of them headed to the beach to swim while the other group took a nice walk around the inner lake of Tihany. Naturally, football was the manie programme of the evening.

Day 4
During the morning, we had awesome lessons with our teachers and we also had the chance to say good-bye to Mr Pósa Lajos, whose work was very good and interesting. After lunch, we travelled to visit Lake Cave in Tapolca, where we could learn about the geological history of the area and boating on the lake in the depth of the caves. later on we walked down to Lake Malom, where we ate ice-cream and fed the fish and ducks. Day 5 We arrived to the last day in Veszprém. In the morning we had interesting lessons with our teachers. The weather was not very pleasing to us in the afternoon but later we could go to the zoo of Veszprém to look around and enjoy the day outside. In the evening we played football, chess, board games or we were chatting refreshing the past days’ memories. We also had the chance to evaluate the week and our performance during the lessons. We had a really good time together this year as well.
