Pathways of Talents in Central Europe

Pathways of Talents in Central Europe From Excellence Gap to Prosperous Society was held in Győr to enable professionals in the region to network and to share their experiences. We heard Dr. Eva Vondráková from the Association for Talent and Giftedness (Czech), Tanja Bezic from the National Education Institute of The Republic of Slovenia and many others giving talks about talent management programs and their outcomes. It can be observed that these systems are failing, and without a paradigm change in education, most of these youths lose the chance of exploiting their talents. On the seminars everyone discussed ideas relating to creativity and technology.
