Nutcracker

“As the closing event of the Csányi Foundation’s Advent season, the group took part in a shared theatre visit on Wednesday evening. We watched The Nutcracker, performed and choreographed by the Szeged Contemporary Ballet, a story that is an indispensable part of Christmas traditions.

From the very beginning of the performance, all eyes were fixed on the stage, where the dancers’ movements and the scenery captivated us with their beauty. It was particularly enjoyable and interesting that the artists involved the audience in the performance as well—for example, through a playful snowball fight. Although we did not receive any snowballs ourselves, we returned home happily, enriched with the experiences and memories of a pleasant evening spent together. Thank you for allowing us to be part of it!”
