In May, within the Parents’ Academy, two HR specialists from the Bonafarm group, Judit Cseh and Szimonetta Vuk, held a colorful, playful workshop for parents and young people in Szentes. We welcomed the two employees of the company group back as old acquaintances, as they had already visited our community center last year. At that time, they informed those interested about the career opportunities typical of Bonafarm’s various sectors. This time, however, after a short, comprehensive information session, they expanded the knowledge of those present during a completely new, interactive, playful contest – which also required the involvement of smart devices, as is modern practice – and stole a lot of knowledge into their heads in exciting and fun game situations. “We were excitedly waiting for this afternoon for several reasons. First of all, because we parents finally met again and because these presentations always have a lot of interesting things in store for us. We refreshed our previous Bonafarmos knowledge and thanks to our speakers, we were able to participate in a very exciting, good-natured team competition, where, for example, we learned a lot of interesting things about the Pick salami-making process. Our knowledge was also expanded with many new, previously unknown concepts. To close our day, we did an Activity, which everyone really enjoyed and of course figured out the solution to everything. Finally, the results were announced, where although there were a few points difference between the teams, everyone left as winners!
