On the 24th November, on Friday, I could spend a day at Monicomp Ltd. When I arrived, Péter Schittler welcomed me, who is one of the Monicomp’s leading project manager, and we immediately started to talk about his job. Later on, the day has started, where we had to go from meeting to meeting. Firstly, I took part in a short power shift, where the IT employees presented on how far they got the day before, and also on what they are planning to do today.
After that, I took part in a conference, where it was about one of the projects they are working on. The participants were the heads of several areas at Monicomp. It was interesting to see that they have a common goal but how many compromises a single success of a project needs. After this conference, the heads of the projects had a power shift among themselves.
