Ready, Set, Drive!

On April 2, 2025, as part of the “Ready, Set, Drive!” project, I gave a presentation on traffic and transportation to Group 1 in Szeged.

My main goal was to ensure that the participants of the presentation could navigate the city safely, both by bicycle and on foot. First, we went over the mandatory bicycle equipment required by the Hungarian Highway Code (KRESZ), then discussed where it is and isn’t permitted to cycle legally. We also reviewed the most important traffic signs and right-of-way rules.

After that, I presented how e-bikes and e-scooters operate and their corresponding traffic regulations. Last but not least, we solved tasks related to the right-hand rule, which is essential knowledge for traffic safety. At the end of the presentation, we played a Kahoot quiz that summarized the content covered.

Finally, I would like to thank the Foundation for approving my application—it is a great help for me in pursuing my driver’s license in the future!
