To celebrate the successful finishing of the first semester of our first year in high school, on 11 February 2023, our group visited one of the escape rooms of Szeged. Having divided the group into smaller teams, the first two teams headed into the ‘unknown’ and began to explore the mysteries and the background stories of the rooms. Both teams finally succeeded in breaking free by solving the puzzles with their own wit and inductive logic, and – most importantly – with cooperation. After that, it was the last team’s turn to clear up the mystery and thus manage to escape. At the end of the day, we had lunch together, during which we could talk through our experiences and the ways we riddled out the game.
We all enjoyed this day a lot, and we’re looking forward to repeating it.
