On the 11th of February I participated on a fantastic poem festival.
In the first few hours we played drama games with the other attendants to memorise the names of each other, and to break the ice. In the afternoon everybody performed one of their poems, which was rated by a jury.
After the performances Máté Varga introduced the Castle of Somogysárd, and the park surrounding it. In the evening we had an opportunity to enjoy a fantastic concert by Péter Panka, and Áron Debreceni.
Next morning we played some new games with the members of the group. We had a chanche to make an interview with Tamás Keresztény, he was also a competitor a long time ago but he is a hungarian actor and musician now and he became a member of the jury. He told us about the difficulties and beauties of being an actor, this was very inspirating for me. In the afternoon everybody performed their second poems. After that the jury shared their personal feelings about the poems. After the discussions we received our rewards. Everyone who participated on the contest got a bronze, silver or golden award. I received a golden award, which made me really happy, and it was also a positive feedback for me because I am on the right way to become an actor in the future. I made a lot of new friends here and I hope that I will meet and work with some of them later because everybody wanted to be an actor as me or director.
