“Last week I participated in the Baranya County Brass Competition, for which I have been diligently preparing for months. The competition was held in a good atmosphere with more than 50 participants. I had a good time, even though I was the last competitor and had to perform my compulsory and chosen piece. The competition was of a high standard, both from the judges and the contestants. At the results ceremony, I was delighted to find out that I had achieved a Gold rating. I owe a lot to my mentors and the Foundation, as well as to my coaching teacher and piano accompanist, for achieving this result.
