On 22 November, within the framework of the program called The Parent’s Academy, a financial professional, István Kátai visited us at the Community House of Kaposvár.
Mr Katai gave a presentation to parents about financial literacy. First of all, principles, our attitudes to financial problems were discussed and then the presenter spoke about the point of money. Then he clarified a few important basic concepts such as interest rates, investment returns, and savings. After that István Kátai introduced some practical money management methods enabling parents to form a pragmatic financial approach. We strongly believe that Mr. Katai’s lecture, together with thinking about money will help the participants in everyday life.
