THE PARENT´S ACADEMY – Career guidance

At a young age, it is always very difficult to decide what kind of career to choose. In order to students to make the right choices, it is important to know the possibilities.
This is exactly what helped parents and young people at the Parents Academy’s latest event at the Kaposvár Community House on Friday night. Zsuzsanna Vida was the first to inform the students about the changes in VET, which proved to be very useful as this training system is constantly changing. It is important that students ahead of their career path are aware of their potential.
Thereafter, the director of nursing, Katalin Bider from Buda Health Center, gave a presentation on the options available in the healthcare field. He talked about the pros and cons of the profession and how much health professionals in Hungary were looking for. Among other things, nurses and midwives are in great need. They also attracted the interest of several young people.
