This year the Students’ Scientific Conference was organised on the 6th of May at the College of Szolnok that I was preparing for during the last months.
The title of my essay was the „Global food waste and local problem analysis – The grocery shopping and waste management habits of the students of College of Szolnok”, which was a more than 40 pages long scientific essay. At the Conference each of us had 15 minutes to show our presentations in connection with our essays. I had to talk about the topic of my essay, the results of my research and also the conclusions and my suggestions. The award ceremony was a week later on the 14th of May where the rector of the College gave us the certificates and congratulated personally. I am very proud of finishing in the first place as I worked a lot for it and I am really grateful for my consultant for helping me with the essay. My main aim is to finish in the first place in the national round of the competition as well.
