Students from Nagybajom visited the new centre of Compass Youth Organization to be informed about voluntarism.
The afternoon started with an introduction into the issue of voluntary work. Short presentations were held about the organization’s practice and experiences. After that, kids from Nagybajom had the opportunity to speak about themselves; they introduced their new secondary schools and their families. They were also asked about their interests and their previous experiences as volunteers.
At the end of the day students were offered various activities to be involved in voluntary work in town. They are looking forward to meeting the volunteers in the near future again.
