“The preparations for the selection process have started at the Mohács Community House. One significant event in this process was the open day held on Saturday, January 27th. On this day, a total of 72 guests were present, representing 29 interested families from Mohács and its surrounding districts, as well as from Bóly and its districts, along with 16 elementary schools. During the open day, we, with the assistance of our university students, graduating high school students, young children, and parents, aimed to showcase as much as possible the ongoing activities in our house and the opportunities provided by the Foundation. We set up stations where guests could not only obtain information but also had the opportunity to ask questions. Moreover, we encouraged parents to share more about Foundation life from a parental perspective over a cup of tea or coffee, engaging in conversations with the interested individuals. Our university students also had a station where they authentically spoke about their past experiences and life journeys. We highlighted aspects such as the selection process, development and talent nurturing sessions, ongoing work on our projects, camps, and enriching programs.
