“Following our traditions every school year starts for the Foundation’s language teachers with the meeting in Lóránt Street. The first Saturday of September was ideal to discuss the plans of the innovative teaching methodology of the Foundation. The project based thematic semester is our common goal, which was originally set last year. The aim is to maintain the effectiveness of language learning and prepare for the different language levels and exams. This has always been the basic interest of the Foundation and its students. The meeting has brought discussion over the approaching tasks for the groups and set the aims, results and the content and order of the language competition. This also fits to our new project based education. The online surface of the language competition has worked perfectly so we decided to carry on with this method. Apart from this, we will widen our online game capacities, which gives the student extra knowledge and motivation. With the use of digital materials, we would like to contribute to their digital competence. After such long preparations in this year, we are going to show attitude change in both teaching and learning. The open minded and professional language teachers here enable us to reach the given language levels for students with the help of the Foundation. From now on, we need closer cooperative work from mentors and language teachers, which also requires pre-planned teaching methods and thinking. We hope that the work together will come to fruition.
