On 26 September, we set off to the Sirena International Rhythmic Gymnastics competition in Zadar.
Our accommodation was on the island of Vir. Though we arrived late at night we went down to the beach, listened to the sound of the sea and threw some stones into the water. We were sent to bed early. At 7 am we left for the UFO shaped sports hall. My age group only competed in the afternoon, so after briefing we could spend two hours in the historical town centre. We went down to the beach, tasted burek and took pictures of ourselves in front of churches and other old buildings. Also, we listened to the church organs and enjoyed the sun. I got 3rd place in the competition, which made me very happy. I won’t forget this beautiful coastal town and I hope to return here one day.
