On Thursday, 23.05.2024, in the gymnasium of Lehel Vezér High School, we participated in the Great Digital Adventure competition with 3 teams representing the Foundation, which was opened by the President of Logiscool, Béla Bakos and the principal of the high school, István Antics.
We had one hour for the competition, the tasks were difficult, but everyone tried hard to do their best. The competition focused on the digital world, logical and algorithmic thinking, internet security, artificial intelligence and many other exciting digital topics. With 180 students competing in two age groups, grades 5 to 6, the field was very close with only 4 points separating first and ninth place. The first three places were announced, but as we found out afterwards, one of our teams could have taken the podium or even first place. The team that came first in the majors here in Jászberény, showing the strength of the field, made it into the top 10 teams in the country.

We had a great time, we learned a lot. Thanks for the invitation and the help. We will be back next year!
