On the second weekend of September (14.th Sept.), the 10th “Run for curing cancer” was organized by Pécs University. Each groups were represented from Pécs as a tradition. The event is for charity purposes by local citizens. Everyone paid the entrance fee from their own budget to raise money for a noble goal. The income this year will be transferred for Eurakvilo Children’s Oncology Foundation which tries to help on sick children’s comfort. The distance was 2.6 kms through the city center. This program is not only about running and health, but for charity, because the people in Pécs really care for each other and do for the good. This is what we wanted to show to our kids at the Foundation. Because “everybody wants to be a Pécs citizen”. Pécs groups
