Owing to the cooperation of Csányi Foundation and Microsoft Hungary, I have been to personal coachings the fifth time at the Microsoft.
Coaching is a personalised method of giving advice. It’s a developing, training kind of activity, where the other half is supported by helping how to reach a goal. I have the opportunity to take part in such a process at the Microsoft’s centre in Budapest with the help of Edward Papp, the commercial leader of the company. From the beginning, we are trying to concentrate on one goal I would like to reach. During the introductory talk, I told him my way of thinking, my family background, my successess I have got so far, my future plans, my connection to the Foundation and my education. Later on, we talked about the definition of motivation, my future plans and I also asked for advice concerning my extra work next to university.
We also talked about the labor world, especially about interviews in connection with I got much useful information. During the visits at Microsoft, I got used to like this company so much that I would really like to work for them in the future. At the last occassions, I got to know how this company is build up and what do several branches do. Later on, I could probably see this process in practice. Our goal right now is to find those areas that fit me the best. I would like to bring the best of me.
