I still remember talking to my mom right after the Selection Process, hoping to get accepted to the Csányi Foundation. I was still a 4th grader back then. Some time passed, then one day, the postman left a letter from the Foundation. I got really excited while I opened it… Today, as a 23 years old young adult, I am grateful for every moment I’ve spent within the Foundation. It played a truly important role in my life, making me who I am today.
I clearly remember the English lessons with Judit… These lessons created my insatiable appetite for languages, especially for the English language. I haven’t forgotten the math and I.T. lessons with Lajos Zeke or the drama sessions with Ancsa, etc. I look back on the summer camps, and the language competitions that gave me the opportunity to travel abroad for the first time in my life.
So many memories serving as milestones along my journey with the Foundation.
At the end of my journey, with pleasure, I share: II just graduated from the Corvinus University of Budapest with a degree in Business and Management!
I am currently living in Germany after I moved from Barcelona where I had spent a whole year. During this time, the Foundation has always been supporting me even though I’ve been a 1000 km away pursuing my dreams. The most important thing is that during this time I discovered the true values the Foundation gave me: not just memories but a family I will always belong to.
I am thankful for all the support the Foundation gave me, and I am grateful for being part of this gigantic family.
