Today (6th February) Pécs 1. and Pécs 3. groups visited the traditional “Busójárás” in Mohács.
Our volunteer Bianca from Brazil accompanied them. First we visited the community house in Mohács and later the museum where we could learn all about the history behind this old tradition as well as learning the secrets of mask making. Finally, we could all watch the festival from the balcony. We are sure to return.
How we saw it..
We spent a wonderful day in Mohács visiting the Busójárás and learnt many legends too. We visited the museum and could do some shopping too. We enjoyed it a lot! Polgár Antónia Pécs 1.
