Infogrund in Nagybajom

“During the semester, I participated in a joint teacher training program organized by the Idea Foundation and the Telex Academy. The aim was to equip me with a toolkit to help students effectively filter the information they encounter daily in the 21st-century information society and to generally improve their critical media literacy. The interactive series of workshops was divided into 8+1 interconnected sessions, which covered, among other things, the transformation of the information environment, influencing factors, fake news, their types, reasons for their spread and psychological background, information and news consumption, quality journalism and the social role of the press, and the tools and practices of fact-checking.”

László Gázsik, third-year teacher trainee (ELTE), member of Nagybajom Group 1

Photos from the workshops can be seen in the gallery.
