Easter and Self-awareness session in Kaposvár

The Thursday before Easter was quite eventful for the Kaposvár 1 group. In the morning, Nóri Nógrádi continued the self-awareness session with the young people, focusing on stress management. They discussed the physical symptoms that people might experience as a result of stress and learned various coping strategies.

“I really enjoyed Saturday’s session. There are many uncomfortable situations in everyday life that can cause stress, so I was really glad we could talk about this topic. At the end of the session, we also created photo montages, where we cut out photos from magazines and glued them onto a sheet of paper. Finally, everyone explained why they chose the photos they used in their montage.” — Jakab Olivér, Kaposvár 1 group

In the afternoon, there was time for some Easter crafts and a chocolate hunt as part of the program.
