“On Saturday, our project day began with a practice test for the ICDL exam presentation module. Almost everyone managed to score above 90% on the practice test, which we were very pleased about. Mr. Lajos quickly scheduled the exam for March 19th. After lunch, we continued the day with Anna Horváth, with whom we watched a short film together and then tried to analyze it. The film was about prejudice. We discussed what we would have done in the protagonist’s place and what feelings might have stirred inside them after the climax. We tried to bring examples from real life of situations where we might encounter prejudice and how we can handle them. We could also share stories from our own lives when we were prejudiced against someone or when others were prejudiced against us, and it didn’t feel good. It’s better not to listen to others’ opinions but to try to get to know each other first, and only then make any judgments about the other person.”
