We both took part in a two day science trip under the mentoring of our physics teacher Mr. Raics. First we headed for the Atomic research centre of the national academy of sciences in Debrecen. Having seen the Tandetron and the Van De Graaf particle accelerators we visited the university and listened to an exciting lecture on radiation. The following day we visited the production facility of National instruments and the cancer research centre. There is a lot to process, but we have definitely found a potential career in the field.
