Performance at the House of Music

“On the occasion of the World Day of Single Parent Families, the Chamber Orchestra has been invited to perform in Budapest, at the Hungarian House of Music, in a grand gala concert. As the majority of our orchestra’s members also grow up in single-parent families, we were delighted to raise awareness of this important issue. The talent concert was held under the slogan “Happiness, joy and togetherness”, with the participation of children and parents. In addition to a musical performance by pianist Andrea Várnagy and her team and the single-parent choir “Együttsoul”, the Chamber Orchestra played a rendition of the popular folk song “Tavaszi szél vizet áraszt” as the closing number of the event. We would like to thank the Single Parent Centre for inviting us and hope to have the opportunity to play at similar events in the future.”
