Today on the 14th of May, the Advocacy Forum in Pécs has continued. We have discussed the voluntary work for our Foundation. The parents have agreed on the emphasis on starting volunteering from the start of high school for students. From the 10th grade junior mentors should be encouraged and volunteering must be a part of their life through the university ages as well. Being a junior mentor is a diverse work with various activities to do, and everybody can find the most suitable area for themselves. Motivation is also a significant part in this field and parents have an important role in encouragement. We have also discussed higher education and the possibilities of scholarship and student grants in the Foundation. Most importantly students have to know how to apply for these and which application forms are valid for them. Finally, we have went through the pandemic – summer camps and actual regulations during the vacation. Time passed quickly and all the participants have shared their experiences.
