On the 29th of November we got together and had a talk with Vivien Cserna who is the student of the College of Szolnok. She is the member of our Jászság I. group and she is studying Agricultural Engineering and Rural Development. She talked about how lucky we are to be the member of the Foundation and what opportunities we have with the help of the Foundation to be successful in our lives.
She told us about how much support she got from the Csányi Foundation during the 9 years and how many great results she achieved that wouldn’t be true now without the help of the Foundation. She spoke about how important is to do our best during our highschool years as it is the base of everything and we have to take the Foundation’s extra lessons and activities seriously as they are meant to help us to improve our skills and learn more. She also told us about her choosen university and her future plans. She encouraged us to choose something that is interesting for us and something that we can use our talent for as everybody in this Foundation is talented. We learnt from her that we shouldn’t only think about one thing but it is good to be interested in more than one areas of life and try ourselves in completely different things as we can never know what we will choose at the end. According to her it is important to visit the open days of the universities as it can help a lot in our choice.
She said that we should always check the different application and competition opportunities offered by the Foundation as they are always great possibilities to gain new experience and meet new people as connections are very important nowadays. She talked about her latest opportunity that she got by a succesful application for one of the Foundation’s offers and this was a Career Counseling Program Series at Microsoft Hungary.
This little talk was very useful and instructive for us and we got a lot of great advice in connection with our studies and our relationship with the Foundation. After Vivien’s presentation we appriciate more the help of the Foundation. Thank you!
