On the 30th of November the two volunteer actresses conducted a drama lesson after a short introduction in the Community House of Jászság.
Ashlee Male arrived from England, Clara Ruiz came from Spain to Jászberény as volunteers to For New Theatre Foundation for 10 months. They are going to have drama lessons for young people in the town. They kindly accepted our invitation, too.
With power point presentation, they introduced us their towns, how they live and what their typical foods are. They also talked about the everyday lives of English and Spanish people.
After the presentation we were invited to join the drama lesson where we played interesting and exciting games in which everyone was happy to take part. We laughed a lot during skill and concentration requiring games. The most delightful part of the lesson was when we had to confess love to another person in the funniest way we could so that the person was not allowed to laugh. Both of them have different personalities and they are talented teachers. The lesson was really enjoyable and we got another perspective on drama lessons and also we had the chance to practice English. All in all, we had a nice morning together and we hope there will be many more like this one.
