Participants of the “Wheat, king of the seeds” competition, organised by the Foundation, could take part in the trip to the cattle farm in Csípőtelek.
There were candidates from the Community Houses of Szeged, Jászság, Nagybajom and Kaposvár. The students, their mentors and the chief operational officer crossed the gate of the cattle farm in excitement at 10 am on Saturday. We were greeted with fresh welcome drinks then the colleagues of the Bonafarm Group gave us a full in depth introduction of the company. Following this, we were taken around on the farm of Bóly Zrt. We could see the cattle breeding farm equipped with state of the art technology which is essential for modern milk production. Many beautiful cattle were around but the most attractive and popular ones were the young calves. Some of our students sympathise with stepping on an agricultural career path which was reinforced in them by this visit.
The students enjoyed the trip and each other’s company and after a delicious dinner everyone set out to go home.
