“I held my presentation on November 9th regarding the ‘Ready, Set, Drive!’ grant. First, I introduced the opportunity provided by the grant and encouraged potential applicants, as the Foundation offers tremendous support in obtaining a driver’s license. The topic of my presentation was safe driving and accident prevention. We discussed the most common causes of accidents and how to avoid them. Together, we compiled the necessary items for a first aid kit. The importance of first aid also came up, though I’ll be learning the specific steps in a first aid course. I’m very grateful for the positive evaluation of my application; it is a huge help toward achieving my goal of getting my driver’s license in the future!”
