I could take part in an English competition where the jury evaluated our pronunciation in the primary school of Mezőcsokonya.
The contestants arrived from schools of nearby villages, and it was obvious that everybody practiced a lot for this competition. First, we had to read out a text for the jury that we could choose and practice well before the competition then we had to choose one unknown text and we had to read it aloud without time to practice it. In the category for the 5-8th grade students there were approximately 20 contestants and I become the second.
As I really like the English language, I hope that I can improve my language skills a lot in the future.
