It’s better to give than receive

“Today, the Jászsági Youth Volunteer Team and two of our volunteers – Katalin Fülöpné Paksi and Nikolet Batki-Vas – visited the Unified Special Education Institute, and we presented the children with gifts after the year-long fundraising. We received a warm welcome at the institution and were treated to a Christmas show by the children who study there. It was great to see how the children welcomed us and how much energy they put into the show. Afterwards we had a look at some of the lessons where the children made lots of beautiful Christmas decorations. While we handed out sweets, they treated us to lots of goodies they had made. It was really nice to see how happy they were that we came to see them and that we thought of them. It was a wonderful day for us, because we brought so much joy to each other. Thank you Csaba D. Tóth for the opportunity!” Kovács Hanna, Sas Maja, Pege Angelika Jászság Group 4
