“We have come together again as we are entering the third and final phase of the implementation phase of our house project. This is the third time we are building mock-ups, and we are making very good progress. You have to pay attention because it is a very meticulous, demanding job. We split into teams so it was much easier to work out the details. My group worked on building the yard and playground, including building a swing, a football field, and a lake. It feels good to me when one of the elements of a large mock-up is done, because there is a lot of work involved. “This Saturday we came to the Community House to finish the mockup. In our group, we designed the future community space in the form of a mock-up. We had a lot of ideas, everyone added something, so at first in our minds, then in reality came the new place together. “We made a board game, called “Build your house!” with the girls. We already made the foundation of the board game out of the shoe box, and the cards and the rules of the game have been prepared for the board game. This Saturday we painted the foundation, made the dummies, glued the materials and objects related to the different stages of the construction to the different fields and finally covered the box with colored paper.
