Few members of the Photographer Group of Szeged visited the Lotus Day held by the Botanical Garden. During this event people celebrate the blossom of the lotus, a noble flower that has been the symbol of purity and regeneration for thousands of years in Southeast Asia. Therefore do they bring an Asian atmosphere into the Botanical Garden with open-air concerts, dance and sport shows, afternoon teas, soundbaths and many other interactive programs. Plus, besides theses we could attend at numerous lectures about the most variable topics focusing on the Asian (especially Indian, Chinese and Tibetan) culture.
